In his tenure within the UK Senior Civil Service (1999-2011), Steve held high-impact roles, including in the Home Office, Justice, Corrections, and the Cabinet Office, where he transformed strategic planning and benefits realization practices. As Director of Criminal Justice IT, he led one of Europe’s most complex IT-enabled transformation programs, managing a £2 billion Criminal Justice System IT Portfolio. He also serves as an academic leader, developing and delivering graduate-level and executive programs at Queensland University of Technology’s Graduate Business School, covering strategic supplier relationships and digital project governance.
